Since I started this project my personal circumstances have change and the original baseboards received a little damage during storage. The Scalefour Society's Jubilee Challenge reinvigorated my enthusiasum for Rospeth Lane but the original track plan needed a great deal of modification to fit within the specifications challenge.
To achieve what I want to visually keeping the scenic area with 18.83 square feet I've moved the location west of Rosepeath Lane bridge. I've taken a few liberties with the terrain. Hopefully, it will keep a modicum of reality to the actual location.
The above track plan is for the Scalefour Society's Jubilee Challenge.After completing the challenge, the layout will be modified as below.
